The Summit Wildcat Onboarding Team shall herein be referred to as “us”, “we”, or “Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team”. the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team is an independent service that is a part of Columbia High School and has no relationship to YouTube, Summit Learning, or any of their sponsors or affiliates. All brands, copyrights, trademarks, logos, and other property are owned by their respective copyright holders and shall not be used without their written permission. All services and items provided by the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team are provided as-is with absolutely no guarantee for quality, accuracy, uptime, or the like. By using any Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team service you are agreeing to be bound to these terms and conditions, as well as all modifications/subtractions/additions/changes both past, present, and future. the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team reserves the right to refuse service to any user, at any time, with or without notice or reason as we see fit. If you do not agree to these terms, discontinue the use of any and all Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team services immediately. The Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team reserves the right to change these terms of service, with or without notice, at any time, for any reason as it deems fit.

Ownership and Affiliation
Usage or participation of Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team services grants no ownership/rights to any property (intellectual or physical), brands, logos, services, or any other product unless specifically granted access is recorded by an authorized representative appointed by the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team and is documented and signed in writing. Usage of any brand, trademarks, logos, services, names, or other property is strictly forbidden by law unless authorized and signed in writing prior to usage.

Right to Arbitration

You agree under any and all circumstances to waive and release from legal responsibility any and all claims against the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team and its staff, sponsors, affiliates, and the like in the event of any arbitration. The Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team shall not be responsible for any damages that arise, whether accidental or intentional, by the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team or any of its users/staff/affiliates/sponsors under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
By making a donation or purchase through this website you are agreeing that you are either 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian who is at least 18 years of age and that all donations are made to the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team, and are 100% non-refundable. By donating or making any payment you are acknowledging that any payment sent is a donation and cannot for any means be returned or refunded for any reason or by any means. All donations are final and in the event of a default in payment or account chargeback, your website account may be permanently banned from all services. We reserve the right to ban any account for any reason with or without notice.
