Do I have to make an account to comment or post?

We do require you to have an account to post or make comments. If you do not want to create an account, you can sign in with Google and it will make an account for you

Why can I not make a post or comment?

Your account may have been banned, muted, or terminated for breaking one of our rules. Please do not forget to read our Code of Conduct before posting, commenting, or interacting in the community

How do I change my password?

Currently, the only way to reset your password is to use the "forgot password?" button on the sign in page

Do I have to be a student to use this website?

No, you do not have to be a student to use our website, forum, or make comments. We encourage all users interested in the platform to participate 

How do I appeal my mute/ban

Tutorial Videos

Is Spanish and English the only video languages?

Currently, the only available video languages are in English and Spanish

How Often are the Tutorial videos updated?

The Videos are updated as-needed. We are constantly working on new videos for the website.

How do I join the Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team?

Why is the word "Wildcat" in our name?

The Summit Wildcat On-boarding Team was founded at Columbia High School, and we wanted something from our own school to be in the name of the group, and what better way than to use our school's mascot the Wildcats.
